Each year, BETO Junction Restaurant serves over 24 tons of beef, 21 tons of chicken, 22 tons of pork, and 50,000 pounds or real mashed potatoes (made from scratch).  The restaurant will also crack over 130,000 fresh eggs.  That's a lot of fresh food!

All served with your choice of hash browns, home fries, cottage cheese, or sliced tomato. Choose biscuit, English muffin, or toast (white, wheat, sour dough).  Add silver dollar pancakes to any breakfast (additional).

The Trucker's Favorite. Made to order topped with cream gravy, served with two eggs any style.

Three eggs, three bacon strips, three sausage patties.

Two eggs any style and your choice of bacon, ham, sausage, polish sausage, pork tenderloin, or corned beef hash.

Hash browns or home fries layered with choice of bacon or sausage then topped with two eggs, cream or sausage gravy, and cheddar cheese.

Pork Chops
Two center-cut chops charbroiled or breaded and deep-fried.

Breakfast Burritos
Scrambled eggs, bell pepper, onion, jalapenos, and cheddar cheese in flour tortillas with our homemade salsa on the side.

French Toast
Three slices of Texas toast dipped in sweet egg batter, grilled to a golden brown and covered in powdered sugar.

Pancakes
Two giant buttermilk pancakes served with butter and hot syrup.

Biscuits & Gravy
Two buttermilk biscuits served with country cream gravy or sausage gravy.

One-egg Sandwich
One egg with bacon, sausage, or ham, plus American cheese on Texas toast.

Pork Chops
Two, center-cut pork chops charbroiled or breaded and deep fried.

1/2 Smoked Chicken
Hickory-smoked half chicken in our smoker.

 Smoked Brisket
Hickory-smoked, thick cut, lean and tender beef brisket served with BBQ sauce or beef gravy.

Pork Tenderloin
Center-cut pork loin made to order then topped with cream gravy.

Chicken Tenders
Breaded chicken strips served with BBQ sauce, Ranch dressing, Chipotle or Honey Mustard sauce.
